What is the BOAhub Hydraulic Hose Management System
The BOAhub Hydraulic Hose Management System is a mobile app for heavy machine users and for diesel mechanics. This app allows users to select and build hoses, order hydraulic hoses, and fittings online, accurately manage inventory, and create job cards on the go.

How to Manage the Offline Mode
I. How to download offline mode:
Either download it immediately after signing into the BOAhub for the first time or if you have already installed the BOAhub without downloading offline, go to Settings, under ‘Other Settings’ click Offline Mode Settings and click Download Offline.
II. How to clear offline mode:
Go to Settings, under ‘Other Settings’ click Offline Mode Settings and click Clear Downloaded Data.
III. How to manage the Products and Cart offline:
The red OFFLINE banner at the top of the screen indicates you do not have any network and you are in offline mode.
You can add products to the cart exactly the same way as while online. It could be via product search or barcode scanner, in both the Products screen and Cart screen.
Whatever was in your cart before you lost a network is still displayed in the online cart. You can not edit, add, or remove anything that is in the online cart while you are offline. However, you can edit anything that is in the offline cart, while offline.
You can only confirm your offline orders once you are back online.
IV. How to manage jobbing offline:
Any existing job cards that are in 'New Request' or 'In Progress' status, will display in offline mode.
You can create new job cards, and fill them out like normal, while in offline mode. These will display as waiting to sync, and will be granted a job card number once you are online again.
You can progress a job card as far as 'In Progress' while offline. You cannot Complete a job card until you have a network available.
V. How to sync the offline and online data
It takes around 5 seconds for your device to realize that it has no network, or that it has network again. So there will be a delay in turning the network off and the notifications being presented.
When your device loses network, a red banner is displayed notifying you that no network is available and offering you to go to the OFFLINE mode. When you click on this red banner you are taken to OFFLINE mode.
If you lose a network while in the middle of doing a task in the app such as opening a module, or creating a Hose Assemble, you will be notified via a popup instead of the banner.
When a network is detected, a red banner is displayed notifying you that a network is available and offering you to go to the ONLINE mode. When you click on this red banner you are taken to ONLINE mode and the data saved in OFFLINE is synced to OFFLINE.
