Single Wire Braid Hose

Our Single Wire Braid Hose is designed for demanding hydraulic applications, delivering strength, flexibility, and resistance where it matters most. With a synthetic rubber inner tube, reinforced by a high-tensile steel wire braid, and an outer cover that’s weather, oil, and abrasion resistant (MSHA approved), this hose is built to perform in tough environments.

INNER TUBE: Synthetic rubber

REINFORCEMENT: 1 high-tensile steel wire braid

OUTER COVER: Weather, oil and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber. MSHA cover.

SPECIFICATIONS: Non-skive. Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R1, EN853

APPLICATION: High-pressure hose suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water-glycol and water-oil fire-resistant fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricants, crude oil, and fuel oils.

AIR APPLICATION: For air and insert gas applications above 100PSI the cover should be pin pricked.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40°C to +100°C
