Servicing the Taranaki region, Agrituff, has added Hydraulic hose repair and maintenance to their service offering when taking care of the engineering and mechanical requirements in the agricultural and forestry industries.
Agrituff is a hydraulic hose, lubricant and agricultural supplier in Taranaki that also provides delivery services for these products. Owner Kane Baeyertz reached out to BOA to consider the opportunity to add hydraulic hose repair to his service offerings. He's excited to be able to further support his existing customers, and win new business with a new capability.
Now with hydraulic repair and maintenance servicing, Kane runs a 24-hour callout operation for customers, 7 days of the week.

Oliver took Kane through the benefits and health and safety elements of the BOApod, along with training him on hydraulic hose making until he was confident in the task.
This safety training for the self-assembly and replacement of hoses is a crucial element in the BOA Integrated Solution.
As part of BOA’s support for Kane’s business, Oliver was keen to understand Kane’s customers and went out to meet a few with him. This gave Oliver good insight into the customer base, which also enabled BOA to refer other work on to Agrituff.
