Whenever they get on a new machine they just jump straight on the (BOAhub) app, they add in what they're doing bit of a pre-start, how urgent they believe it is. The “60 Minutes”, “next day”, “scheduled and for later service”. Helps us prioritize. Constantly, the operators get on the app every morning do a pre-start.

You can definitely build anything, cheaper 100% but it's the long-term goal you to look at. The biggest thing I find is it's not just probably the quality of BOA, it's when we make a hose, it's so easy for the boys. They you know, they get their phone out, they take a picture of their barcode. You know there's no paperwork, there's no using all the fittings, and forgetting to reorder. It's done there and then, you know. They make a hose, they take a snapshot of the barcode of both fittings, the length of hose, and press enter, and it's stuff's reordered, and you know we get it next day.

At first I got the BOApod to help service our own gear, but now with our mechanical business we are also helping other farmers or anyone with earthmoving gear in our area.
And with the BOAhub app, instead of using pen and paper with oily hands, we just scan the barcode to add products to a job card, and then we can see what we have used, and it pushed what we need to reorder automatically to the cart.

Before we got the trailer, we were having to pull the hose off normally in the afternoon and we'd take it into town before the hose shop closed. Probably a minimum of three hours that we'd be waiting to have our machine running again. But with the BOApod, We don't need to rely on anyone else.
